We Always Care

For us, honesty has always been the best policy. That’s why we have designed the most generous, fair, and transparent policies for our customers. Learn more below and reach out with questions.

Processing time

  • Currently I am not guaranteeing dispatch less than 3-4 weeks, but I aim to get orders shipped quicker than this.  The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Shipping

  • UK - All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Delivery, Free Delivery for shipping within the UK on selected items.  For Signed For delivery please select appropriate option during checkout.

  • International Shipping (outside of UK) 

    • 3 Oct 2022

      • Europe - Shipping now available at checkout

      • US/Canada/Australia/NZ/UAE - Shipping available at checkout

      • Other International Destinations (excluding UK & Europe) - please contact me directly if you wish to order so I can check the shipping and update appropriately

    • NOTE - Please check this list before ordering - any countries listed by Royal Mail as 'On Suspension' I will not be shipping to - CLICK HERE

      • It is recommended in the current climate to pay for upgraded tracked shipping.

  • Please be aware delays are still likely with mail delivery due to the global pandemic, this is outside of my control.

Customs and import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges

  • Contact me within: 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send items back within: 7 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchange because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Discounted items in the SALE

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Refund amount will be calculated by purchase price minus original shipping costs incurred by JoJo's Little Studio. As a very small business I cannot afford to swallow the cost of postage for returned items (this includes if 'Free Delivery' was provided for the purchase - delivery charge will be deducted from refund amount).

  • If you are unsure of the suitability of a piece before ordering, please contact me as I may be able to provide additional photographs and assistance.
